The founder of the
company, Murat Gonden, was born in 1951. After his high school education
in Turkey, he went on to study Mechanical Engineering at the University
of Berlin. Subsequently he worked as a project engineer, project manager
and branch manager. After a diploma thesis in solar energy he started a
PhD in the field of heat pumps. For various reasons he did not continue
with the PhD but started a college education in Industrial Engineering
alongside his work. After 2,5 years he graduated with a Master of
Science degree in Industrial Engineering. During this period Murat
worked as a construction site manager in the fields of fireproof ducts,
ventilators, silencers, production, HVAC and fire protection systems.
Murat worked for 26 years in various companies in Berlin as a General
Manager in these spheres. In 2006 he returned to Turkey and is working
since as an expert for HVAC and fire protection systems.
